Step One
Our Prestige Lettings manager will come to meet you to provide a free rental assessment and discuss a marketing strategy for your property.
Step Two
Once you have instructed us we will return to take photographs, and discuss what other assistance you require.
Step Three
Your property will be uploaded to 15 web portals including Right Move and Property Finder.
Step Four
Your Account Relationship Manager will liaise with you to arrange convenient times for accompanied viewings by potential tenants.
Step Five
Your Prestige Lettings Manager will advise feedback from viewings (within 24 hours) and update you regularly on the progress of the marketing of your property - answering any questions you may have along the way.
Step Six
We will instruct an independent reference agency to ensure you have a rent guarantee in place. This is free for the first 6 months of any new tenancy, subject to terms and conditions.
Step Seven
We will then carry out the duties of a prestige managing agent, following the agency agreement, to get your tenant happily settled in with the minimum of inconvenience for you.
